These guys are AWESOME! When Gary White, their President, sent me an e-mail reply stating “Basically you can freely use the graphics, icons and templates in presentations and website, print etc, the only thing you cannot do is distribute or sell the templates, graphic and icons as is.” I about had a heart attack. Presentation Pro makes this fantastic PowerPoint add-in that allows you to choose from hundreds of the highest quality backgrounds, icons, and graphics. They have fantastic work and are so easy-to-use that I sell everyone I talk to on them. YOU have to check them out if you haven’t already!
Provide Support
Our chat system comes from Provide Support Provide Support. There are a number of packages out there that provide this capability, but we chose to use Provide Support’s because of their excellent desktop interface that keeps us in touch while working at our desktops.

Neil Cumpstey has put together a little utility that I simply can’t live without – the Thumbnail Generator. Besides the fact that it’s a cool little Yahoo Desktop Widget which I absolutely love using (so much so, I’ve bought a faster processor to have more widgets open at all times), this utility made every graphic on this website a reasonable size with the simple click of a button. Incredible functionality in an elegant, simple utility – you can’t beat that!
